Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility & Time Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All return requests outside this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition
- All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact
- No stains, smells, scratches or signs of wear
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodycon bodysuits
- Swimwear & beachwear
- Clearance / final sale marked items
3. Return Shipping Fee
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Only if you receive defective, damaged or wrong items on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund/exchange.
4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive broken, defective, damaged or incorrect products, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after delivery.
Kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item and package
We will verify and offer a full refund, replacement or partial refund based on the actual situation.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please allow additional bank processing time (3–7 business days) for the funds to show in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
We support size or style exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Color & Size Difference Disclaimer
All our products are shot in natural light. Minor color differences due to different screen displays are not considered quality defects. Slight manual measurement errors (1–2cm) are normal and not eligible for dispute or free return.
